TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNS.

All damaged in transit items must be notified within 24 hours of receipt via Email or telephone & any UN wanted items (cool off period) must be notified and returned within 7 days from the day after receipt, please advise us via email or phone that you intend returning the item you have purchased if you do not it maybe refused and returned, after these stated times we cannot accept any claims or returns for refunds! All refunds under the cool off period do not include your return postal costs & must be in a re-saleable brand new condition (see paragraph below) any shipping fees for damaged in transit and warranty repairs/replacements are to be initially paid by the customer subject to item in question, we will pay to return the repaired / replacement item to you & refund your initial return shipping fee’s (see warranty postal fee's below) if on delivery you feel the item maybe damaged or if you feel the outer box is damaged please sign as ‘UN CHECKED’ and NOT your name, please advise anyone who maybe signing on your behalf.

All items returned as UN wanted or damaged in transit MUST be returned in the ORIGINAL packaging including internal poly inserts ect! All items must have the instruction manuals / remote controllers Ect, should any items be returned with missing parts or packaging this will be replaced at your cost, all outer boxes should be covered or packed in another outer box PLEASE do not write on the boxes! also any UN wanted items returned with damage will be classed as damaged in transit and so subject to carrier company claims being agreed and accepted only then will a refund be issued, any items returned as UN wanted and arrive to us in a USED condition maybe refused and returned without a refund being issued or a restocking fee may apply (see paragraph below)


Any item returned after the stated 7 days from the day after receipt will only be refunded at our discretion ALL returns under the DSR cooling off period must be received by us within 7 days from the day after original receipt if any item arrives after this time and we agree to refund then we charge a restocking fee of 26%


we will also charge a restocking fee of 26% should ANY item be returned to us in a USED condition or if the original box and packing has been damaged or discarded so please look after the item and its packaging whilst within the 7 days cool off period.


All warranty returns are a back to base warranty and must also be authorized as the above statement, all small items excluding floor standing jukeboxes must be sent back to us or the manufacture via royal mail STANDARD parcels (parcelforce if over 10kgs), note you the customer are responsible for the safety of the item so please pack secure as NIC-OLA247ONLINE will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whilst in transit from you to us so please pack it well, PLEASE SEE warranty returns postal costs & OFF uk mainland sales warranty below.


All floor standing jukeboxes MUST be made ready for collection in the ORIGINAL box and packing as we cannot arrange collection if this is not in the same box you received it in, also the item is again your responsibility whist in transit so it must be packed correctly, any discarded boxes and packaging must be purchased at your cost before we will collect the jukebox, if you do not have the packing for your jukebox and do not agree to purchase new packing you are then required to make your own arrangements to return and collect your jukebox once repaired or replaced. NOTE your item or jukebox is still covered under the manufactures warranty but you will be responsible for the shipping so please retain all packing as instructed.

Within the first 14 days from receipt we will pay for both **collection and return postal costs, smaller items are to be returned to us or the manufacture via royal mail STANDARD parcels and we will refund the costs, EXCLUDES business post & SPECIAL DELIVERY and couriers other than royal mail's parcelforce if item exceeds 10 kgs! after the first 14 days the remaining 11 months & 2 weeks we will only pay to return the repaired or replaced item back to you, it is your the customers responsibility to return the faulty item back to us or the manufacture, please also note we do not pay for any over inflated returns costs nor any additional packing. All floor standing jukeboxes DELIVERED within the UK MAINLAND must be made ready for collection in the original packaging as in the statement above! we will arrange to collect the jukebox via courier as this is costly and we would not expect the customer to pay this, but if the original box and all internal packing have been discarded we cannot collect at our cost and you would need to make alternative arangements to return for warranty and collect the jukebox once repairs are completed.

 
**PLEASE READ BELOW ALL OFF THE UK MAINLAND SALES this applies to jukebox sales also.

All off the UK mainland sales are still covered under the manufactures 12 month warranty BUT the item MUST be returned to us UK mainland and all shipping costs must be met by the customer as we do not cover any shipping costs under the manufactures warranty if delivered to an off the UK mainland location, this includes NORTHERN & SOUTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF WIGHT, SOME SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, ANY OTHER EU COUNTRY, and OUTSIDE THE EU COMMUNITY, we only cover shipping costs for goods sent to UK mainland addresses.


if you purchase an item and have it delivered to a uk mainland address then at a later date move off the uk mainland or send the item yourself to another country (off the uk mainland) the same applies as above!


your consumer statatory rights are not affected.
